Job description

NAJ Trucking, Inc. is a family-owned company seeking Class A CDL truck drivers to haul flat bed trailers out of our Cleveland area terminal. All of our managers and dispatchers are long time drivers with the company. Pay is based on percentage of the load. Job is over the road (regional) and home on the weekends.

Drivers: (1) Average weekly pay range between $1000 and $1,500 plus a daily stay out per diem (2) Assigned tractors and new equipment (3) $150 per week bonus over first 12 weeks of employment after training completed ($1,800 total) (4) Paid training, (5) Paid holidays, vacation,  and detention time (6) health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, long term disability, and 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match, and (7) monthly, quarterly, and annual safety incentives and bonuses.

Must have at least 2 years Flatbed experience.  DOT compliant, Drug Free and EOE.
